Collection Inspiration
Collection Inspiration

Sigil A/W 2015-16 was inspired by the far reaches of the globe, particularly Scandinavian raw landscapes, incorporating the elements of earth, air, fire, water into the design process and fabric choices.

Branding

For my Final Line project, I created branding and promotional material for my clothing label, Sigil. I carried over the logo and aesthetic qualities into my personal branding.

Digital Textile Design

Examples of translating a hand-drawn image into both tossed layout and repeat in digital textile design based off a predetermined image and color palette. Also below are examples of a mood board for which I assigned a color palette and an example of colorways.

Apparel Development

Practical Experience

My internship with Ozen Company (2013-2014) afforded me in-depth training in leather goods preparation, construction and styling. To the left are samples of garments and accessories I worked on either in a patternmaking capacity or construction. Working directly under the guidance of designer Aykut Ozen, I gained confidence and a working familiarity of a variety of leather hides used in custom leather work today.
